Spark AI is a unified AI data layer used by Reynolds and Reynolds applications to help you automate routine, time-sensitive, and tedious tasks, allowing your team to focus on revenue-generating work.
Conversation AI

Conversation AI analyzes phone calls to identify high sales interest, missed opportunities, and upset customers, enabling quick action by sales managers. It automatically records key details and summaries as transcripts, allowing for efficient review without listening to the entire call.
Engagement AI

Engagement AI provides immediate, conversational, text message responses to web form submissions at any time. Qualified leads and conversation transcripts are then handed to sales professionals, enabling richer and more personalized interactions with prospects.
Prospect AI

Prospect AI analyzes your dealership’s database to identify sales opportunities by predicting buyer readiness and desired vehicles. It provides actionable sales opportunities, reducing time spent on customers who aren’t ready to buy.

General System
You can now define maximum ReyPAY® transaction amounts by department.

Managers can now use a new section on the ReyPAY® Specs window to set transaction limits by department, instead of applying the same limits across the entire store or branch.
Security Maintenance (SEC)
New Security Items added were added to the Security Access screen.
The 34.25 release adds several security items to the Security Access screen, covering topics like Accounting, F&I/Desking, Finance and Insurance, Retail Management Intelligence, and Vehicle Management Systems. For detailed information on each enhancement, please see the full program news.
Reynolds Integrated Telephone System*
You can now add and update pick-up groups.

You can now set up pick-up groups in the RITS Administration Console. These groups allow employees to handle calls for others during high call volumes or when members are unavailable. The new screen lets you define which employees can answer calls for others and which employees can have their calls answered by group members.
You can now search for records in the RITS Administration Console.

You can now search for various records in the RITS Administration Console using the new RITS Administration Search screen, including direct inward dialing (DID) numbers, extensions, and users.
You can now verify employee access to extensions, groups, and voicemail boxes.

Administrators can now verify employees have access to the appropriate extensions, groups, and voicemail boxes using new sections on the Edit Users screen.
You can now manage outbound dialing DID settings.

Using the new Outbound Dialing DID field on the Branch Options screen in the RITS Administration Console, RITS administrators can now manage direct inward dialing (DID) settings for outbound dialing. DID numbers are used to make outbound calls using the My RITS app or FOCUS Mobile.
You can now delete extension and phone station records.

Using a new button on the Extension Options screen and the Station Options screen in the RITS Administration Console, RITS administrators can now delete extension records and phone station records.
You can now define notification settings for calls waiting on Cisco 3PCC 7800 and 8800 phones

Using new options on the Station Options screen in the RITS Administration Console, administrators can now define whether the audio tone plays when a call is waiting on Cisco 3PCC 7800 and 8800 phones.

Business Office
Accounting
New options are available for defining general ledger accounts.
Using the Advanced G/L feature, you can use a new general ledger (G/L) setup when creating and updating your chart of accounts, giving you more control over the setup of G/L accounts.
You can now define settings for G/L accounts directly in ERA-IGNITE.
Multiple enhancements are now available for you to update and maintain general ledger (G/L) account settings directly in the ERA-IGNITE System.
You can now display additional information for scheduled accounts.

You can now display additional information for aged receivables (type 2) schedules, warranty (type 3) schedules, and sublet (type 6) schedules on the Schedule Inquiry screen and the Schedule Summary screen.
You can now define quick codes for accounting entries.

Using a new window in the ACC Specs application, you can define up to 50 quick codes to automatically enter commonly used remarks, notes, and descriptions on various screen and windows in the ACC application and the Purchase Orders (PUR) application.
Payroll
You can now report childcare contributions on W-2 forms for employees living in Vermont.
To help maintain compliance with reporting regulations, you can now report employer contributions for childcare on W-2 forms for employees living in Vermont.
Human Resource Management
You can now add multiple sick or vacation plans for a single employee.

The plans used to calculate an employee’s sick or vacation time can now be automatically updated, reducing the need to manually update each employee record.
New options are available for distributing vacation and sick hours.
Vacation and sick hours can now be distributed to employees on a monthly or quarterly basis regardless of how often employees are paid.

Sales and F&I
F&I and Desking
You can now customize fields for deal scenarios.

You can now customize the display of information during deal negotiations using the new Multiple Scenario Specifications screen in the Finance and Insurance (FIN) Specs application. This allows you to add new fields, adjust their order, and define custom names for fields.
You can now send QuickScan links using the F&I application. *

You can now initiate the QuickScan process directly in the F&I application. This enhancement allows you to send customers links to the QuickScan portal via the Credit Inquiry window, authenticate their identities using a driver’s license or passport, and receive alerts when they complete the process. QuickScan results can be reviewed in the new Alerts window.
You can now rate products for docuPAD® menus using an Enhanced process. *

You can now request ratings for all products on a docuPAD® menu simultaneously. This enhancement automatically retrieves provider pricing information when a menu is selected for a deal, saving the pricing and rating details to the menu.
You can now require additional compliance tasks. *

You can now mandate a QuickScan result, a credit report, and delivery of a risk-based pricing notice as compliance tasks in the Finance and Insurance (FIN) Specs application. Additionally, a resolution can be required for a failed QuickScan result.
You can now require fields for contract validation. *

You can now ensure deal requirements are met before contract validation to reduce failures due to missing information. The new option on the Field Requirements tab in the Finance and Insurance (FIN) Specs application allows you to define required fields before accessing the eContract Management window.
You can now automatically remove notices from Mail House when provided to customers. *

When risk-based pricing or adverse action notices are provided to customers using the docuPAD® System, DEALsign, or the Deal Jacket screen in the F&I application, updates are now sent to 700Credit. Additionally, these notices can be automatically removed from Mail House based on settings defined in 700Credit.
You can now disable multifactor authentication for DEALsign for in-person signing. *

You can now define whether multifactor authentication (MFA) is required for DEALsign when customers sign forms in person. When customers are signing forms in person, identities can be verified at the dealership without using MFA, which can save time during the signing process.
You can now review changes to activity dates in vehicle records.

When reviewing vehicle history on the Vehicle Log window, changes to the activity date now display. The Logged Activity Description column shows “ACTIVITY DATE UPDATED” if the date changes. You can also see details like the User ID of the employee who made the change, the program where it was changed, and the previous activity date.
You can now access additional screens using new links.

Additional screens can now be accessed directly from the Home Page in the Finance and Insurance (FIN) Specs application using new links.
You can now access vehicle information for deals more Quickly.

You can now access vehicle information in the Vehicle Management (VMS) application when reviewing deals and vehicles in the F&I application more quickly.
You can now review updates to F&I deliverables.

When accessing the F&I application, the new Reynolds Forms, Taxes, Lenders, and Media Updates window will automatically display if there are significant updates to F&I deliverables from Reynolds and Reynolds.
New versions of various F&I reports are now available.

Enhanced versions of several F&I reports can now be requested in the Retail Management Intelligence (RMI) application. These new versions allow you to schedule reports for automatic processing and printing. If you have the Integrated Document Management (IDM) application, the reports can also be saved and archived there.
You can now print labels for custom fields on forms.

When including custom fields on F&I forms, you can now define a label for each custom field. In addition, several new types of custom fields can be added.
You can now define default settings for up to five scenarios for deals.

You can now define up to five default scenarios for deal negotiations.
You can now Prevent RouteOne® tabs from displaying when sending credit applications. *

Using a new option on the User Preferences window, you can now define whether a new tab displays when a credit application is sent to RouteOne® using the ERA-IGNITE System. Previously, a new tab automatically displayed each time a new credit application was sent.
It’s now easier to add vendors to forms.

When accessing the Vendor Lookup window from the SmartForms tab on the Forms Maintenance screen in the Finance and Insurance (FIN) Specs application, vendors are now displayed in alphabetical order.
The Place Vehicle on Hold for How Many Days is now located in a different tab.
The “Place Vehicle on Hold for How Many Days” field has moved from the Spec 2 tab to the Spec 3 tab on the F&I Area Specifications screen in the Finance and Insurance (FIN) Specs application. This field is still used to enter the number of days a vehicle should remain on hold.
Vehicle Management
You can now review changes to activity dates in vehicle records.

When reviewing vehicle history on the Vehicle History screen, changes to the activity date for a vehicle now display.
You can use a new screen to purge vehicle records.

Vehicle records can now be purged directly in the ERA-IGNITE System. Using the new Vehicle Purge screen, you can remove sold vehicle records and vehicle history records from the ERA-IGNITE System based on the entered criteria.
You can now review additional status details for vehicle Keytags. *

When searching for vehicle records, you can now see the status of secondary keytags and whether they have restricted access in a connected KeyTrak® Edge Automotive System.
You can now review when changes are made to vehicle styles.

You can now use the vehicle history screen to review changes made to vehicle styles, helping you track these changes and identify which employees made them.
Multiple enhancements are now available for the Book of Record report.

The Book of Record report, or Police Book, can now be saved with variable dates, making it easier to request at different intervals. Additionally, customers’ middle names and suffixes now appear in the Acquisition Info and Disposition Info columns, which is useful in provinces requiring full names on these reports.
Multiple enhancements are now available for the Vehicle Title Status Report screen.

The Vehicle Title Status Report screen now includes multiple enhancements for more efficient review of vehicle title information. Using the new and updated criteria, you can request reports for specific statuses and save them using variable dates.
You can now review additional items on the Used Vehicle Inventory Summary report.

The new Title Status and Title Status Description columns on the Used Vehicle Inventory Summary report allow you to review title status details directly, minimizing the need to navigate to additional screens when reviewing used vehicle inventory.
The docuPAD® System*
The form signing process has been streamlined.

The new Sign & Apply feature allows buyers, co-buyers, and dealership personnel to sign forms by tapping each signature box, reducing the time spent signing forms. Signatures and initials can be saved at the start of the docuPAD® deal process and applied to forms by tapping the appropriate boxes, streamlining the final stages of the deal process.
New fields for Ford Flex Buy payment details are available

Multiple screens in the docuPAD® System now display two lines of payment details for Ford Flex Buy deals. This program reduces monthly payments for the first three years and increases them for the remaining term. The enhancement helps customers easily review their payment obligations during the docuPAD® menu presentation.

Parts and Service
Service
You can now review technician time and straight time in Dispatching.

You can now review details about actions performed on a repair order, including time spent on each job, from a central location before the order is completed. The new Dispatching Time Stamps window allows technicians and warranty clerks to verify time logs before the repair order is changed to Cashier status, preventing further changes.
It’s now easier to search for advisors and technicians using new columns.

The first and last names of advisors and technicians now display in separate columns on the Advisor Lookup window and the Technician Lookup window.
You can now exclude operation codes from automatic calculations.

New settings now allow you to exempt specific operation codes from the price calculated for percentage-based auto-calculation miscellaneous codes.
You can now send notifications when all special order parts are received. *

Service notifications can now be automatically sent to employees when all special order (SPO) parts for a repair order have been received in the Parts (PTS) application.
You can now send a charge invoice Email message with A/R transactions. *

When processing charge transactions in the SVC application using the ReyPAY® application, a new Charge Account Email message can now be automatically sent to notify accounts receivable (A/R) customers of the charges, replacing the Payment Received Email message.
You can now select a language for follow-up communication about rideshares.

When using the Rideshare window to book a ride for a service customer, you can now select whether follow-up phone calls and text messages are sent in English or Spanish.
Service Touch*



There is now a simplified process to add maintenance menu packages to jobs.
Multiple enhancements are now available in the Service Touch application to help service advisors review and update operations for maintenance menu packages.

You can now review Hunter inspection results and automatically recommend services. *
Hunter Quick Check integration is now available in the Service Touch application, enabling seamless addition and review of Hunter unmanned inspection results while creating repair orders on the service drive.
You can now copy VINs from the Accept Payments screen in Service Touch.

Vehicle identification numbers (VINs) can now be copied from the Accept Payments screen in the Service Touch application using the new Copy VIN toolbar button on the header bar.
You can now automatically zoom in when capturing signatures.

When capturing signatures from customers using the Service Touch application, the documents can now be automatically zoomed in.
Parts
You can now enter reasons for any transaction code.

You can now enter a reason for any transaction recorded using the Post Transactions window, which can help to provide a more complete audit trail for posted transactions.
You can now send Email messages for charge invoices with A/R transactions. *

When processing charge transactions in the PTS application using ReyPAY®, a new Charge Account Email can now automatically replace the Payment Received Email to notify A/R customers of the charges.
Parts Bar Code*
There are new options for customizing and exporting various PBC reports.

The following reports have been updated with additional customization and export options, including the option to export the report to Microsoft Excel: Scanner Parts report, Special Order Parts report, Scan Details report
