Ask support questions using real-time chat sessions
Using the new Smart Center Chat feature, non-urgent chat messages can be sent to TAC personnel to easily ask questions while still working in ERA-IGNITE. See the Program News for more information.
Redesigned toolbar in ERA-IGNITE
The buttons available on the toolbar in ERA-IGNITE have been updated to provide a more modern, visually appealing appearance. In addition, the toolbar and Function Line text now display on a white background for each color scheme, providing greater contrast.
dlrSecured Identity Management required for multifactor authentication
To continue using multifactor authentication (MFA) in ERA-IGNITE, employees must be enrolled in dlrSecured Identity Management. Using dlrSecured, employees can securely reset their own passwords and use third-party mobile apps for authentication. In addition, stronger password requirements are implemented.
Save up to 100 contacts on the ReyCom window
You can now save up to 100 contacts on the Contacts tab on the ReyCom window. Previously, only 50 contacts could be saved.
Control access to the Suppress Surcharge checkbox for ReyPAY® transactions
Using a new security item in the Security Maintenance application, system administrators can control access to the Suppress Surcharge check box for ReyPAY transactions processed by Worldpay. To grant an employee access to suppress credit card surcharges, select the new Global Security Items → Actions → Suppress Surcharging check box on the Security Access screen.
Dealer Communication
Retrieve vehicle information for Porsche Vehicles*
You can now retrieve vehicle information for Porsche vehicles directly in the Service application using the new Porsche VSI interface. When a Porsche vehicle is added to an appointment or repair order, vehicle information, such as warranty claim details, vehicle options, and open recalls, can be automatically retrieved from the manufacturer. For additional information, see the Program News.
Review customer information from BMW or MINI*
Using the new BMW SPARC Consumer Insights interface, you can access the BMW Consumer Insights website directly from the F&I application and the Service application for customers with BMW or MINI vehicles. The BMW Consumer Insights website is used to review information about the customer, such as the customer’s contact information, previous vehicles, and completed surveys, which can help you provide a more personalized customer experience. Create report cards for Audi vehicles with a new form*
The Audi Electronic Multi-point Inspection (eMPI) form is now available in the Service application, which can help employees create more consistent documentation of inspection items when adding repair orders for Audi vehicles. To use the Audi eMPI form, select Audi eTron – MultiPoint Vehicle Inspection in the Report Card field on the Report Card window.
Security Maintenance
Review dlrSecured email addresses using the Full Security Listing report
You can now review the email addresses for personnel enrolled in dlrSecured Identity Management using the Full Security Listing report. Previously, Yes or No displayed in the Details column to indicate whether an employee had enrolled in dlrSecured. Now, the full dlrSecured email address displays in the Details column.
Review employees enrolled in dlrSecured by user group
Using the new User Group field on the dlrSecured Mass Enrollment screen, you can search for employees enrolled in dlrSecured Identity Management based on the user group assigned to their user IDs. In addition, the records that display on this screen can now be sorted.

Integrated Document Management
Identify documents more intuitively using renamed document keys
The document keys have been renamed throughout the IDM application to better indicate the data associated with each document key. For example, the NAME document key has been renamed Customer Full Name, and CUSTOMER has been renamed Customer#.
Review and search documents on the Document Viewer window more easily
Using enhancements to the Document Viewer window, you can now more easily review documents and search for specific content. This enhancement includes being able to access specific pages, search a document more easily, and zoom in and out of documents. For additional information, see the Program News.
Adjustments to screen size automatically saves for reports
When the COLD Audit Integrity Report window and the Scan Audit Integrity Report window are resized, the screen sizes are now saved when the windows are closed.
Retail Management Intelligence
New versions of various F&I reports now available
Enhanced versions of the following four F&I reports can now be requested in Retail Management Intelligence:
- docuPAD® Daily Summary report
- Sales DOC 2 report
- Sales DOC 3 report
- Sales DOC 4 report
With these new versions, you can schedule the reports to process and print automatically. See the Program News for more information.
Review electric vehicle sales using new report
Managers can now review electric and hybrid vehicle sales that qualified for federal tax credits using the new IRS Clean Vehicle report. Using this report, deal details, such as the battery capacity of the vehicle, the sale price, the maximum credit amount, and the credit amount used for the deal, can be requested, which can help maintain compliance when reporting to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). View additional information about fields on dynamic reports using a new column
You can now more easily determine if fields available to include on dynamic reports have drilldown functionality. When a column on reports includes a link that can be clicked to access additional information about a record, the new Drill Down column displays Yes on the Dynamic Reporting Field Picker window. Reynolds Integrated Telephone System
Monitor employee productivity using a new report
Managers can use the new User Productivity (Beta) report to review employee productivity and call availability. With this report, you can monitor the total number of calls handled by each employee as well as the total duration of calls and hold times. To learn how to request the User Productivity (Beta) report, please see the Program News.
Schedule various RITS reports to process automatically
The following RITS reports can now be scheduled to process and print automatically:
- Abandoned Call Analysis report
- Busy Call Hour report
- Call Path report
- User & Queue Summary report
- Voicemail report
In addition, these reports can now be requested using Retail Management Intelligence. For additional information, see the Program News.
Automatically export additional reports using the dAR feature*
You can now define the following reports to be automatically exported to a custom destination at regular intervals using the dAR feature:
- Abandoned Call Analysis report
- Busy Call Hour report
- Call Activity report
- Call Path report
- Dialed Number Summary report
- User & Queue Summary report
- Voicemail report
Review the extensions for a call queue
System administrators can now review the extensions assigned to a call queue using the new Dependencies section on the Queue Options screen in the RITS Administration Console.

Accounting
Automatically update deal receivable amounts in the F&I application with enhanced integration
Multiple enhancements are now available to help you update and monitor outstanding funds for deals. Using new options in the accounting application, you can define settings to automatically update transactions for specific general ledger accounts on the Heat Sheet window and the Heat Sheet report in the F&I application. See 33.25 Programs News for more details.
Revise posted vehicle sales without adjusting or reversing the transactions
Make changes to posted vehicle sales without adjusting or reversing the transactions. When viewing a posted transaction on the Vehicle Sales screen, you can access the new Journal Revisions window, where the accounting details for the transaction can be revised and the original journal reference number remains in tact.
Process payments to customers and employees using Reynolds Electronic Payables*
You can now make payments to customers and employees using Reynolds Electronic Payables. Similar to the process used for making electronic payments to vendors, you can create, approve, and transmit electronic payment files for processing by a third-party payment processor. For more details, see 33.25 Program News.
Post product-only deals on the Vehicle Sales screen
Employees can now create “product-only” deals for maintenance options, warranties, and other products purchased for vehicles after the original deal was posted or for vehicles purchased elsewhere. Once a product-only deal is added and closed in the F&I application, you can post the deal using the Vehicle Sales screen.
Automatically create intercompany entries for service and parts invoices
At dealerships where centralized accounting is used, intercompany entries can now be automatically created in the accounting application to balance service and parts invoices. With this enhancement, new security items are available to grant employees access to this new functionality using the Update window and the Update All window.
Receive notifications for undelivered AEC email messages*
You can now receive notifications if email messages sent using Accounting Electronic Communications are not delivered. The notification contains information about the intended recipient, such as the recipient’s name and the store and branch of the recipient.
Automatically generate vehicle stock numbers
When adding a vehicle purchase on the Vehicle Purchases screen, the stock number is now automatically entered in the Stock# field based on the settings defined on the new Stock# Auto-Assignment screen in the Vehicle Management Specs application.
Include up to 14 characters for the payroll accounting reference number
At dealerships where third Party Payroll Integration or Upload Accounting Data – Third Party Payroll is licensed, you can now include up to 14 characters for the reference number in payroll accounting data.
New fuel codes available to select for hybrid vehicles
New fuel-type codes are available to select for hybrid vehicles in the Accounting application. To indicate a vehicle is a plug-in hybrid, select the new PH fuel type code. Similarly, to indicate a vehicle is a mild hybrid, select the new MH fuel type code.
Payroll
Define settings for integrating technician time directly in ERA-IGNITE
Settings for integrating technician time from the Service application into the Payroll application can now be defined directly in ERA-IGNITE. Using the new Service Integration tab on the Division Maintenance screen in the PAY Specs application, you can define service integration settings, including settings for cycle types and the departments to include in the integration.
Direct deposit advices attached to emails purged after 180 days
To help optimize system performance, direct deposit advices attached to email messages as .pdf files are now purged after 180 days when printing payroll checks using the Print Payroll Checks window. These retention settings now match the length of time that email messages sent for direct deposit advices are retained on the Track Emails window.
Updated valid entries for the Tax File Status
To support changes to the tax filing statuses for the revised W-4 form, the valid entries for the Tax File Status field on the Taxes tab on the Employee Maintenance screen have been updated. This enhancement is only available for employee payroll records that are set up to use the revised W-4 form.
Names
Define the dealer license number to display for vehicle records
You can define the dealer license number of the dealership from which a vehicle was acquired using the new Dealer License# field on the General tab on the Name Profile screen. Once the dealer license number is entered and a vehicle is purchased in the Accounting application, the dealer license number displays on the Acquisition tab on the Title and Ownership screen in the Vehicle Management application and on the Book of Record report.
Time Clock
Update regular and overtime end dates more easily
You can now review regular and overtime end dates for pay periods simultaneously using new tabs on the Period Maintenance screen in the Clock Specs application.
Verify time cards for approved vacation dates using a new window
Managers can now verify the days for which time cards are added when approving vacation requests. With this enhancement, you can use the new Select Vacation Days window to select the days for which time cards should be added and to verify time cards are not added for unnecessary days, such as a day an employee is not scheduled to work.
Verify time cards for approved vacation dates using the Mobile Time Clock app*
Managers can now verify the days for which time cards are added when approving vacation requests in the Mobile Time Clock app. With this enhancement, you can use the new Select Vacation Days window to select the days for which time cards should be added and to verify time cards are not added for unnecessary days, such as a day an employee is not scheduled to work.
Filter employee information by supervisor group*
Using the new filter button on various screens in the Mobile Time Clock app, supervisors with access to multiple employee groups can now filter employee information based on supervisor group, making it easier to organize and review employee information.
Filter vacation requests by supervisor group
Using the new F6 = Filter key on the Vacation Request Approval screen in the Time Clock application, supervisors with access to multiple employee groups can now filter vacation requests based on supervisor group, making it easier to organize and review vacation requests.
Unapprove time cards using the Mobile Time Clock app*
Supervisors can use a new button on the Time Card Approval screen in the Mobile Time Clock app to unapprove time cards.
New window and keypad available for easier data entry*
Using the new Calendar window, accessed from various fields on the Maintain Time Cards screen, the Vacation Requests screen, and the Employee Summary screen, you can select a date instead of manually entering the date.
Review clocked hours for the current week in the Mobile Time Clock app*
Employees can now review the number of hours they have clocked during the current week using the new This Week’s Hours field on the Status screen. With this enhancement, employees can easily track overtime or identify time cards with missing punches, which can help minimize situations where employees need to contact management with questions about their time cards.
Identify when employees automatically clock in
When reviewing time cards, AUTOCLK now displays in the Entered By column on the Time Card Maintenance screen and on Time Card reports for employees who are automatically clocked in when they sign on to ERA-IGNITE.
Require supervisors to sign in on the Mobile Time Clock app using dlrSecured*
Supervisors can now be required to sign on to the Mobile Clock app using dlrSecured Identity Management before supervisor functions can be performed, such as modifying unapproved time cards and approving time cards, which can help protect sensitive employee data.
Color Picker window renamed in the Time Clock Specs application
The Color Picker window in the Time Clock Specs application has been renamed the Color Selection window. This window is used to select a color when using the Pay Code Color Options screen to assign colors to pay codes.
Clearly identify viewed screen in Mobile Time Clock app
When a screen in the Mobile Time Clock app is accessed, the name of the button corresponding to the screen displays in blue text, helping you to more clearly identify which screen you’re currently viewing. For example, if you are viewing the Add Time Card screen, the literal “Add Time Card” displays in blue text.
Time and Attendance
Review clocked hours for the current week
Employees can now review the number of hours they have clocked during the current week using the new This Week field on the Time Punch Management screen. With this enhancement, employees can easily track overtime or identify time cards with missing punches, which can help minimize situations where employees need to contact management with questions about their time cards.
Sales and F&I
F&I and Desking
Monitor deal receivable amounts using the Heat Sheet window and the Heat Sheet report
You now have the option to review information for funds received in the Accounting application, such as down payments and payments received for contracts in transit (CIT), on the Heat Sheet window and the Heat Sheet Report screen. Details for integrated payments, such as customer payment amounts and the date funding was received, are now automatically updated for the deal. There are required Accounting setup to make the automation work. Check out the Program News for additional information.
Create product-only deals in the F&I application
Employees can now create deals where F&I products are sold without a vehicle. These “product-only” deals can be especially useful when a customer has already purchased a vehicle but later decides to purchase a product, such as a warranty, for the vehicle. For additional information, see the Program News.
New options for exporting and merging documents on the Deal Jacket screen*
Using a new function key and button, employees can now export documents listed on the Deal Jacket screen to their PCs or network drives. In addition, original documents can now be retained when merging documents on the Deal Jacket screen. When merging documents, more document source types can now also be merged using the Merge Documents window.
Enhanced process for sending proposals to FOCUS*
A new option in the Finance and Insurance Specs application is available for managers to streamline the process of sending proposals to FOCUS in the Digital Retail Platform. Using the new Automatically Select to Send to FOCUS check box on the Proposals tab on the Business Unit Preferences screen, you can define proposals to be automatically sent back to FOCUS.
Automatically update vehicle prices when changing vehicles on deals
Using a new check box on the Vehicle Recall Specifications screen in the Finance and Insurance Specs application, managers can define deals to be automatically updated when the vehicle attached to a deal is changed. See the Program News for additional information.
Add details for clean vehicle tax credits
Managers can now add information related to clean vehicle tax credits for qualified vehicles on a deal, such as electric and certain hybrid vehicles. To allow managers to enter these tax credit details on a deal, the new Electric Vehicle Tax Credit section is available on the Rebates window. Check out the Program News for additional information.
Automatically enter the provider description for GAP products*
You now have more control over the product description that displays for rated Guaranteed Auto Protection (GAP) insurance products. Using a new check on the Additional Controls screen in the Finance and Insurance Specs application, you can display the provider description for these products instead of the dealer-defined description, which can help reduce instances where the description must be manually updated for deal contracts.
Contract for eContracting automatically entered*
The contract for the validation process is now automatically entered in the Intended Contract to Present field on the Contract Validation tab on the eContracting Management window. The contract to present is automatically entered based on the financial institution on the deal, the deal type, the contracts associated with the vendor, and the contracts to which the dealership is subscribed.
Review and search documents on the PDF Viewer window more easily
The following updates have been made on the PDF Viewer window to more easily review and search for documents:
- Access a specific page
- Search a document more easily
- Zoom buttons relocated
Transmit credit applications to AppOne® from ERA-IGNITE *
You can now transmit information from the Credit Application (CAP) application to 700Credit, where the information can be reviewed in the AppOne portal. With this enhancement, you can easily create a new credit application in the AppOne portal with information from the CAP application, such as buyer and co-buyer details, vehicle and trade-in details, and deal terms.
Enter additional product data when booking contracts*
F&I managers who use Product Rating and Booking can now include additional product details when booking contracts in the F&I application. When you submit a contract for booking and the sales tax for the product or the insurance deductible for the vehicle can be included, the new Enter the Products Sales Tax field and the Enter the Vehicles Insurance Deductible field display on the Additional Fields for Contract Booking window.
Require coverage option for docuPAD menu products*
You can now require employees to select a coverage option for products included on the Customize Deal Menu window in the F&I application. To require a coverage option to be selected for products, contact the Technical Assistance Center. See the Program News for additional information.
Only display eligibility requirements applicable to the franchise manufacturers in the Eligibility window
Using Rebates and Incentives, the Eligibility window in the F&I application now only displays the eligibility requirements applicable to the franchise manufacturers on the current branch. Previously, this window displayed eligibility requirements for manufacturers across all stores and branches.
Stock# field now automatically entered when adding a vehicle on the Trade-In window
When adding a trade-in vehicle to a deal on the Trade-In window, the stock number is now automatically entered in the Stock# field based on the settings defined on the new Stock# Auto-Assignment screen in the Vehicle Management Specs application. If stock numbers are set up to be automatically assigned, ##AUTO displays in this field until you have entered the information required to determine the stock number. For more information about automatically assigning stock numbers to trade-in vehicles, see the Program News.
New fuel type codes are available
New fuel type codes are available to select for hybrid vehicles in the F&I application. To indicate a vehicle is a plug-in hybrid, select the new PH fuel type code. Similarly, to indicate a vehicle is a mild hybrid, select the new MH fuel type code.
Vehicle BookOut now reflects values consistent with Kelley Blue Book®
The “Wholesale” literal for Kelley Blue Book (KBB) values on screens throughout the F&I application has been updated to “Lending” to be consistent with value descriptions updated by KBB. Vehicle BookOut must be licensed to use KBB integration.
Parts and Service
Service
Search for service operations more efficiently
Using new fields on operation lookup windows throughout the Service application and the Service Specs application, you can enter keywords to search for operations by description, reducing the need to memorize op codes. To see examples and learn more information, see the Program News.
Schedule multiple appointments for an advisor in the same time slot*
At dealerships where Reservation Manager is used, you can now schedule multiple service appointments for an advisor in a single time slot. Using the new Reservation Manager Generic Advisors screen in the Service Specs application, you can allow up to 20 advisors to have multiple appointments scheduled per time slot. For more information, please see the Program News.
Review images taken in Service Touch directly in ERA-IGNITE *
Images captured using Service Touch can now be reviewed directly in ERA-IGNITE. When images of a vehicle are captured using the Walk-Around screen, the images can now be accessed using the Image Viewer window in the Service application, allowing you to send the images to customers using other ERA-IGNITE features like Text Messaging for ERA® or eApproval.
Access Online Service Documents from the Folder List*
You can now access the Online Service Documents window from the My Procedures folder using the new Online Service Documents link. To add this link to the My Procedures folder, simply select Online Service Documents in the Screen Name field on the My Favorites window. When reviewing a service record, click this link to display the Online Service Documents window.
Define how Service Price Guide price ranges display in Service Portal 2.0*
You can now define how prices display in Service Portal 2.0 for Service Price Guide (SPG) operations where minimum and maximum prices have been defined. Using new fields on the Service Portal Services screen and the Web Enabled Ops screen, price ranges for SPG operations and maintenance menus can be defined to display the full price range, the minimum price only, or the maximum price only. For additional information, see the Program News.
New window to help a customer locate the VIN*
A customer can use the new Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) window in Service Portal 2.0 to help determine where the VIN is located on their vehicle. To access the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) window, a customer can click the new Where is my VIN? link on the First Visit? screen or the Add Vehicle screen.
Require contact information when scheduling online appointments*
Customers who are scheduling an appointment using Service Portal 2.0 must now verify whether they are an existing customer by entering either an email address or phone number or by signing on to Service Portal 2.0.
Print up to 100 lines for complaint, cause, and correction statements
You can now include up to 100 lines for complaint, cause, and correction statements on printed repair orders and invoices. With this enhancement, you have more space to enter blank lines in complaint, cause, and correction statements, which can help improve the readability of long entries.
Parts Bar Code
Sign on to Parts Bar Code using dlrSecured
You can now sign on to Parts Bar Code with dlrSecured Identity Management using the Monarch® Pathfinder® 6059 scanner or the Unitech HT730 scanner. Alternatively, tap the new Login with dlrSecured button on the Login screen to display the Enter Your Email User ID window and complete the dlrSecured sign-on process.

Perform parts inquiries using saved parts lists
Once a parts inquiry is performed, you can save the parts lists so that you can add or remove parts from the list or save selected parts to a new or existing parts list as well as quickly perform the same inquiry at a later time. For detailed instructions on performing parts inquiries, see the 33.25 Program News.
Search for documents using a purchase order number or partial VIN
You can now search for credit memos, invoices, and price quotes using a purchase order number or a partial VIN on the Counter Sales tab on the Search/Change screen.
