General System
Review application favorites for multiple servers at one time
At dealerships with multiple ERA® servers, application favorites from each server can now be displayed at one time on the ERA-IGNITE home page. When defining application favorites, you can now use a new check box to indicate whether your favorite applications from all servers display.
Use the same scanner device for scanning vehicles and parts*
You can now load and use Parts Bar Code, Service RFID, and Vehicle Bar Code on the same Unitech HT730 scanner.
Define default settings for using and storing ReyPAY® payment methods*
New settings are available to determine the default process for using and storing credit card information using ReyPAY. Using new options on the ReyPAY Specs window, you can define which option button is automatically selected when the ReyPAY window is accessed in the Accounting application, F&I application, Parts application, and Service application.
Quickly return to the previous sign-on screen*
At dealerships where employees are enrolled in dlrSecured Identity Management, employees can now return to the previous sign-on screen if a different sign-on method is required. To return to the previous sign-on screen, simply click the new Return to Previous Login Screen button on the dlrSecured Identity Login window. The User Sign-On window in ERA-IGNITE will display.
Include cardholder name on ReyPAY receipts from deals processed in the Accounting, Parts, or Service applications
The cardholder name is now printed on ReyPAY receipts when you process credit card transactions in the Accounting, Parts, or Service applications. If no cardholder name is associated with the credit card, the name associated with the Name ID record of the customer making the payment is printed on the receipt.
Security Maintenance
Updated security items for vehicle sales transactions
New security items are available to allow you to grant employees access to revise vehicle sales transactions separately from adjusting and reversing transactions in the Accounting application. For additional information, check out the 33.50 Program News.

Search for User IDs without entering a store number on the Search/Change Profile Record Screen.
Any employee with access to the Security Maintenance application can now search for User IDs without entering a store number on the Search/Change Profile Record screen. Upon searching, only User IDs that have access to the same stores as the employee display.
Integrated Document Management*
Use tools similar to search browser features on the Document Viewer window.
New functionality is available on the Document Viewer window and the Integrated Document Management screen, which allows you to use tools similar to the search features available in your web browser. For more information, see the 33.50 Program News.

Save additional report settings
Settings applied to report results are now saved when reports throughout
ERA-IGNITE are saved. The following settings are saved for reports:

Include up to 20 characters in fields for vehicle model numbers.
Fields and columns used to enter or display vehicle model numbers have been expanded to include up to 20 characters throughout the Retail Management Intelligence application.
Reynolds Integrated Telephone System*
Start and stop call recordings directly on RITS phones
For dealerships using Cisco 8851-3PCC and 8861-3PCC phone models, a new screen and soft keys are available for manually starting and stopping call recordings directly on your RITS phone without accessing the RITS Desktop Application. For additional information, see the 33.50 Program News.
Help video now available in the MyRITS app
You can now access a help video directly in the MyRITS app to learn about the basic features of the app. To view the video, simply tap the new Help option in the MyRITS menu. Tap the MyRITS Basics link to display the help video.
Business Office
Accounting
Modify the account distribution for all vehicle models in a carline
Office managers can now change the general ledger accounts associated with all vehicle models for a carline at one time. Using the new Mass Model Code Update window in the Accounting Specs application, you can set up new sale types and modify the account numbers of multiple vehicle models without accessing the individual model records. Display additional information for scheduled accounts
You can now define the Schedule Inquiry screen and the Schedule Summary screen to display additional information for controlled (type 4) schedules. On these screens, several new columns are available for you to customize the screens to display the information that is most relevant for each schedule. For additional information, check out the 33.50 Program News.
Automatically create intercompany entries for standard and recurring entries
At dealership’s where centralized accounting is used, intercompany entries can now be automatically created in the Accounting application when adding or updating standard or recurring entries for multiple general ledger prefixes. For more information, see the 33.50 Program News.
Automatically enter deal defaults for posting vehicle transactions
Using the new Vehicle Sales Posting Defaults window, you can define default entries that are automatically entered when posting vehicle transactions. In addition, the Vehicle Sales Posting Defaults window can be used to assign default F&I parameters to vehicle sales prefixes. These updates will help you streamline the deal posting process. Copy G/L accounts to prefixes
At dealerships where centralized accounting is used, you can now copy existing general ledger (G/L) accounts to other prefixes. Using the new Copy to Prefixes window in the Accounting Specs application, you can select the account number to copy to the prefixes. This can be helpful when creating new G/L accounts that require similar setups to existing accounts.
Add remarks to electronic payments for batch payables*
When electronic payments are processed using the REP Payments application, you can now add remarks to batch payables. Using new options on the Payment Approval window, you can add notes to include on each digital remittance, such as the invoice number or account number associated with the payment, before transmitting details to FIS.
Automatically cancel transactions using additional bank transfer codes
The following bank transfer codes are now supported for the electronic bank reconciliation process:
- 164 – Corporate Trade Payment Credit
- 187 – Cash Letter Credit
- 555 – Deposited Item Returned
When a transaction that uses one of these codes is imported using the Transfer Bank Transactions screen, the corresponding transaction is automatically canceled in the Accounting application.
New notifications for electronic payments*
Automatic notifications can now be sent to employees when electronic payments are ready for approval, transmission, or additional review. Using the new Electronic Payments Alert Setup window in the Accounting Specs application, you can define notification settings for bank codes set up for electronic payments. You can also select the employees who should be notified when additional actions are required for electronic payments and select the method of notification. Include up to 20 characters for vehicle model numbers
Fields used to enter or display vehicle model numbers have been expanded to include up to 20 characters throughout the Accounting application and the Accounting Specs application.
MICR line now only prints on the first copy of an accounts payable check
At dealerships where Intelligent Forms Printing (IFP) is licensed, the magnetic ink character recognition (MICR) line now only prints on the first copy of an accounts payable check and is suppressed for additional copies. To print the MICR line on additional copies of A/P checks, contact the Reynolds Technical Assistance Center IFP team
Fuel type for new vehicles is now automatically decoded from the VIN using VIN Decoder
At dealerships where the VIN Decoder feature is licensed, the fuel type is now automatically decoded from the VIN for new vehicles. When a new vehicle record is added, the fuel type is automatically entered in the Fuel Type field on the Vehicle Management Information window, but can be changed. Previously, fuel types were only decoded for used vehicles.
The ETF/Payment (Y/N) column has been renamed the EFT (Y) column
The EFT/Payment (Y/N) column on the Cash Disbursements tab on the Define Upload Accounting Data screen has been renamed to the EFT (Y) column. At stores where Reynolds Electronic Payables – Payments is licensed, the column has been renamed to the EFT/Payment (Y/P) column.
Use bank codes when uploading check data for cash disbursement transactions
Bank codes that are set up for Reynolds Electronic Payables – Payments can now be used when uploading check data for cash disbursement transactions. To do this, simply enter the bank code on the Upload Accounting Data – Cash Disbursements window and upload the accounting data file as normal.
The Individually Post to Generate Check option button must be selected on the Define Upload Accounting Data screen to upload data for electronic payments.
Grant employees access to revise vehicle transactions separately from adjusting or reversing transactions.
System administrators can now grant employees access to revise vehicle sales transactions separately from adjusting and reversing transactions. For more information, see the 33.50 Program News.
Payroll
Multiple enhancements available for Washington Cares
To support changes to reporting requirements for the state of Washington, new enhancements are available for reporting paid leave. Using a new check box, you can now indicate employees are exempt from contributing to the Washington Cares fund. In addition, you can use a new field to define deductions for paid leave when filing state returns, and use the new Paid Family Leave report to review employee exemptions and deductions. Enter personal exemption amounts for employees living in Iowa
To maintain compliance with reporting regulations, you can now enter personal exemption amounts for employees living in Iowa. To enter the total withholding allowance for an employee, access the employee record on the Employee Maintenance screen and select the Taxes tab. Then enter the exemption amount in the Personal Exemption Amount field, and press the F12 key to save the changes.
Report paid leave on W-2 forms for employees living in Oregon
To help maintain compliance with reporting regulations, you can now report employer contributions for paid leave on W-2 forms for employees living in Oregon. Employer contributions for paid leave can be reported on W-2 forms by setting up paid leave as a local tax code.
Quarterly electronic wage report updated for Colorado
To support changes to electronic wage reporting requirements for the state of Colorado, the electronic files for quarterly wage reports have been updated. The following new fields have been added to the S record on the Colorado Quarterly Electronic Wage report:
- Officer Code
- Employment Data (Month 1)
- Employment Data (Month 2)
- Employment Data (Month 3)

Include taxing entity on W-2 forms for Ohio
When creating a transfer file for local W-2 forms at dealerships in the state of Ohio, you can now define the taxing entity for Dayton county and Monroe county. To define the taxing entity, simply enter the taxing entity code in the new Report Taxing Entity field on the Transfer Criteria tab on the Process W-2 Forms window. Then press the F11 key to build the transfer file.
Add one-time deductions to paychecks for multiple employees
One-time deductions can now be added to multiple employee paychecks at once. For example, a one-time deduction can be used to change an employee’s contribution to an employee savings plan for only one paycheck. Using the new One-Time Deductions window, you can enter the details for the deductions, including employee number, the deduction code, and the amount, without the need to update each paycheck individually. Defer OASDI EE Tax check box has been removed from the Taxes tab
To maintain compliance with reporting requirements for the Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance (OASDI) tax, the Defer OASDI EE Tax check box has been removed from the Taxes tab of the Employee Maintenance screen.
Quarterly electronic wage reports for North Carolina are now created as a .csv file
To support changes to electronic wage reporting requirements, the quarterly electronic wage report for the state of North Carolina is now created as a .csv file. For more information about reporting regulations for the state of North Carolina, refer to the North Carolina Department of Commerce Division of Employment Security website.
Adjustments for setting up the local tax code for paid leave in Colorado
The local tax code for paid leave in the state of Colorado is now set up by selecting 4 – Other Tax (F) in the Tax Type field and COPFL in the Taxing Entity Code field on the Local Tax Codes Maintenance screen in the PAY Specs application.
Suffixes automatically added to garnishment checks with a reference number matching one from a previous pay cycle
When adding a garnishment check with a reference number that matches an reference number from a previous pay cycle, a suffix is now automatically added to the reference number. For example, a garnishment with the reference number “123,” would be automatically updated to use “123-1”.
New formatting for garnishment checks not set up for print
When creating garnishment checks that are set up not to print, the format of the reference number is now “YYCCCSSS”, where “YY” is the year, “CCC” is the cycle, and “SSS” is the sequence number.
Time Clock
Review additional hours on time cards in the Mobile CLK app*
A new column is available in the Mobile CLK app to help you determine non-working hours clocked during the pay period, such as vacation or sick hours. When reviewing time cards on the Employee Summary screen or the Pay Period Summary screen, the new Other column displays the number of other clocked hours on the time card that are not for regular, overtime, or double time pay codes.
View historical time cards in the Mobile CLK App*
Recent time cards and time punches for a pay period can now be reviewed directly from the Mobile CLK app without accessing the Time and Attendance application. Using the new Historical Time Cards screen, clocked hours for the current pay period and time cards for current and previous pay periods are available for review.
Purchase Orders
Maintain settings for purchase orders in ERA-IGNITE
Settings for purchase orders can now be defined directly in the Purchase Orders application using the new Purchase Order Setup screen. In addition, you can use a new option to define settings for automatically posting pending purchase orders only for specific purchase order types. For more information, see the 33.50 Program News.

F&I and Desking
Complete the appraisal process using AutoVision*
Appraisal information can now be retrieved from AutoVision and applied to trade-in vehicles directly in the F&I application. Using new features on the Trade-In window, you can quickly request appraisals from AutoVision while working a deal. In addition, settings can be defined in the Finance and Insurance Specs application to determine whether finalized appraisals from AutoVision are required for trade-in vehicles and whether the actual cash value for the trade-in vehicles must match the AutoVision appraisal amount. Recontract docuPAD® deals directly in the F&I application
You can now recontract docuPAD deals in fewer steps and without accessing the docuPAD Workstation. Using the new Re-Contract docuPAD Deal function in the F&I application, you can automatically complete multiple tasks in the F&I application and on the docuPAD Workstation, saving time during deal negotiations.
Automatically update payments with rebates and dealer cash*
Payment options now automatically update when rebates and dealer cash options are added or removed. Previously, rebates and dealer cash were updated individually for each payment option. For more information, see the 33.50 Program News.
Automatically add payment options from the current deal to matrix proposals*
Payment options from the current deal can now be automatically added to matrix proposals, reducing the need to manually enter this information. Using new check boxes on the User Preferences window and the Matrix Options window, values from the current deal, such as down payments and rebates, can be automatically entered on the Matrix Options window when reviewing and updating payment options for matrix proposals.
Automatically update the deal date to the current date
A message window can now automatically display when a deal is accessed on the Retail Worksheet screen or the Lease Worksheet screen to prompt employees to update the deal date to the current date. With this enhancement, you can confirm that current rates and residuals are applied without manually updating the deal date.
Search for deals by VIN and customer number
The following new fields are available on the Start Deal screen and the Deal Search window, allowing you to search for deals using additional criteria:
- VIN – Enter a full or partial VIN of up to 17 characters that matches a vehicle attached to the deal.
- Customer # – Enter the customer number for the buyer or co-buyer associated with the deal.
New option for batch scanning
When scanning multiple documents at one time, each page can now be saved to the deal jacket as a separate document. You can use the new Scan Mode field on the Scan window to select how scanned documents should be saved. Previously, multiple pages were saved as a single document.
Identify the status of a vehicle's title using a new icon
The current status of a vehicle’s title can now be reviewed directly in the F&I application. Using the new color-coded Title Status icon, you can identify whether a used vehicle record has a clear title at a glance. In addition, you can hover the mouse cursor over the Title Status icon to display a tooltip indicating the status of the vehicle title. For more information, see the 33.50 Program News.
Automatically link eSign Consent document for BMW Financial Services and MINI Financial Services*
The eSign Consent document can now be automatically linked to the corresponding document in the deal jacket when included in the Required Forms List from BMW Financial Services and MINI Financial Services. For additional information, see the 33.50 Program News.
Send risk-based pricing notices to DEALsign or the docuPAD System*
Risk-based pricing notices (RBPN) can now be signed using DEALsign or the docuPAD System. Using the new RBPN tab on the F&I Forms window, you can add risk-based pricing notices to the DEALsign package or to the Forms List on the docuPAD Workstation. The signed version of the RBPN will be added to Deal Jacket. For additional information, see the 33.50 Program News.
Require OFAC inquiry and ID verification*
A new Compliance Requirements spec has been added allowing OFAC and ID verification checks to be completed at a specific point in the deal. If a required task is incomplete a validation report will display listing the items that failed, the compliance requirements check. In addition, a new Audit Log Screen has been added within the deal making it easy to view the status of compliance tasks such when credit was pulled, in addition to the OFAC and ID Verification checks that can be required. Perform OFAC inquiries for businesses*
Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) inquiries can now be performed for businesses directly in the F&I application. Using the new Company field on the Credit Inquiry window, you can enter the name of the business for which an OFAC inquiry should be performed. The inquiry can then be attached to the deal and saved to the Deal Jacket, simplifying the process of performing OFAC inquiries for business customers.
Quickly identify the status of eContracting Documents*
If a document in an eDocs package fails to send to a lender, the status and comment now display in red text in the corresponding fields on the eDocs tab on the eContract Management window. In addition, when the eDocs tab is accessed or refreshed, the mouse cursor is automatically placed in the Deal Jacket Description field corresponding to the first document that could not be sent. Monitor eContracting deals using a new Window*
eContracting deals can now be reviewed in a central location to help you identify the progress of the deal in the funding process and determine whether any action is required. Using the new eContracting Alerts window, you can view deals grouped by eContracting status with details such as the funding and eContracting statuses.

Price Range field renamed to Price field
The Price Range field on the Vehicle Search window has been renamed to the Price field.
Access a deal directly from the Reynolds Communicator notification
When default entries have been defined for posting vehicle sales transactions using the Accounting Specs application, you can now access a deal directly from the Reynolds Communicator notification message. Simply click the Deal # link to display the deal on the Vehicle Sales screen with the default entries automatically entered. For more information see the 33.50 Program News.
Define printer settings once when printing multiple eSign forms
Printer settings now only have to be defined once when printing multiple eSign forms that have not been previously signed or printed. Previously, a destination and a printer had to be defined for each document being printed. With this enhancement, the Print Destination window and the Printer Settings window now only display one time when the Print Queue button is clicked on the F&I Forms window.
IDL Bonus Cash rebate can be stacked with all compatible financial institutions for CDJR dealerships
At Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealerships, the IDL Bonus Cash rebate can now be stacked with all compatible financial institutions on the Rebates and Incentives window. For additional information, see the 33.50 Program News.
Vehicle style information now automatically included in the F&I application.
At dealerships where the OEM Build Data application is licensed, information about the vehicle style is now automatically included when adding a vehicle in the F&I application. If the Build Data from the OEM is available when a VIN for a vehicle with multiple styles is entered on the Vehicle or the Trade-In window, the specific style and trim is now automatically decoded and entered in the corresponding fields.
Vehicle Management
Access key information directly from vehicle records*
You can now simply click the KeyTrak® button on the Vehicle Profile screen to access the KeyTrak Information screen and display the current key status. For more details, see the 33.50 Program News.
Request the Book of Record report using updated report options
The following new options are available on the Book of Record Report screen to more clearly indicate the types of reports that can be requested using this screen:
- Police Book/Book of Record Report Date Range – Select this option and enter a date range in the corresponding fields to review vehicles received or sold within the specific date range.
- All Current Vehicle Inventory – Select this option button to review vehicles currently in inventory.

Require fuel types for used vehicles
Fuel types can now be required to be entered for used vehicles, including vehicles traded in on deals. Using the new Fuel data entry standard on the Used Vehicle Inventory Standards screen in the Vehicle Management System Specs application, you can now define entry requirements for the Fuel field on the Vehicle Profile screen.
New franchises available through OEM Build Data*
Using the OEM Build Data application, vehicle information can now be automatically retrieved from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for the following vehicle makes and years in the Vehicle Management System application.
- Ford; 2011 – Current
- Lexus (Natl); 2010 – Current
- Lincoln; 2011 – Current
- Mercury; 2011
- Toyota (Natl); 2001 – Current
Include up to 20 characters in vehicle model numbers

Multiple fields throughout the VMS application have been renamed
On multiple screens for new vehicles throughout the Vehicle Management System application, the Ext Color field has been renamed the Color: Ext field and the Int Color field has been renamed the Int field. In addition, on the DCS Order Entry tab on the Search/Change Record screen, the Exterior Color field has been renamed the Ext Color field and the Interior Color field has been renamed the Int Color field.
Fuel type for new vehicles is now automatically decoded from the VIN using VIN Decoder
At dealerships where the VIN Decoder feature is licensed, the fuel type is now automatically decoded from the VIN for new vehicles. When a new vehicle record is added, the fuel type is automatically entered in the Fuel Type field on the Vehicle Profile screen, but can be changed. Previously, fuel types were only decoded for used vehicles.
Automatically include information about electric and hybrid vehicles when adding on-order vehicle records in the VMS application
At dealerships where the OEM Build Data application is licensed and Order Integration is used, information about electric and hybrid vehicles is now automatically included when adding on-order vehicle records in the Vehicle Management System application. If the Build Data from the OEM is available when an on-order vehicle is entered into inventory, information such as the battery capacity range and battery range is automatically entered in the vehicle record.
The docuPAD® System*
Zoom in and tilt one-sheet and brochure sales tools
You can now change the size and position of one-sheet and brochure sales tools, which are available on the Sales Tools window on the docuPAD Workstation. Using the new Zoom In and Zoom Out buttons, you can increase or decrease the size of the sales tool. For more information, see the 33.50 Program News.
Parts and Service
New Products
Capture photos and videos for repair orders using Service Snap 2.0*
The Service Snap app has been redesigned to help you more clearly demonstrate the need for recommended services to customers. Using the new Service Snap 2.0 app, you can effectively document vehicle concerns using a variety of new features, including the ability to reduce background noise, pause videos, and capture images while recording. In addition, multiple videos can now be combined into a single video, consolidating the content to show customers. For more information, check out the 33.50 Program News.
Service
Review part availability for pending service Items*
The dates when parts for pending service items are expected to arrive can now be reviewed directly on the Pending Services Parts Detail window. Using the new Part Availability field, you can review dates when parts should arrive at the dealership. In addition, you can use the Part Availability field to update the date when parts should arrive, if necessary.
Review descriptions of miscellaneous codes and split sale codes on the RO Exceptions report
You can now more efficiently monitor exceptions related to miscellaneous codes and split sale codes on the RO Exceptions report. When a miscellaneous code or split sale code is added to a repair order, the description of the code displays in the new Misc Code Description column, which can be especially helpful when identifying the purpose of codes that are not commonly used.
Quickly update job statuses on repair orders*
You can now more quickly update the status of jobs on a repair order using the Time Stamp Job window. This window can now be accessed using a new link in the My Procedures folder or a new option in the right-click menu and the CTRL=Actions menu on the Dispatching screen. Once this window is accessed, the repair order number and the job number can be automatically entered in the RO# and Job fields. For additional information, check out the 33.50 Program News.
Define fuel types for vehicles
You can now define the fuel type for vehicles while adding repair orders using a new field. To add or update the fuel type for a vehicle, simply select the type in the new Fuel field on the Addl Details tab of the Vehicle Information screen, and click the Update Vehicle button to save the changes.
Define journal prefixes based on fuel type
Journal prefixes can now be defined for vehicles based on fuel type, reducing the need to manually update prefixes after appointments or repair orders are added. Once prefixes are defined, a prefix is automatically applied when an appointment or repair order is added for a vehicle with a matching fuel type. Automatically select recalls when scheduling appointments using Service Portal 2.0*
When customers schedule appointments using the Service Portal 2.0 web site, recalls for their vehicles can now be automatically selected to be added to the appointments. To set this up, simply select the new Auto Select Recalls check box on the Recalls tab of the Service Portal Services screen in the Service Specs application. This enhancement can be especially helpful at dealerships where adding available recalls to appointments is required, such as Toyota SmartPath and Lexus Monogram dealerships.
Define whether customer PII displays on service documents
Using new fields on the Laser Printer Forms screen (3639) in the Service Invoicing application, you can now remove personally identifiable information (PII) from repair orders and invoices. Previously, documents could be set up to display and print a black bar over PII on work orders and invoices. With this enhancement, you can now remove PII from documents without displaying or printing a black bar.
Review information for repair orders with videos using a new report*
Using the new Video Analysis report, you can review the sales and gross profit generated through the upsell process for repair orders with and without videos. In addition, this report can be used to monitor the percentage of repair orders with videos, the percentage of videos sent to customers, and the percentage of videos viewed by customers. Hide conditional SPG maintenance menus on the Service Portal 2.0 web site*
You can now determine whether to include conditional SPG maintenance menus, such as operations completed every two years, on Service Portal 2.0 web sites. To hide these menus, simply select the new Hide Conditional Maintenance Menus check box on the new Maintenance Schedule tab on the Service Portal Services screen in the Service Specs application.
Automatically mark pending service items as upsells and approve items*
New options are available in the Service Specs application to help streamline the process of adding pending service items. Using the new Default Associated Job as UP for Approved Items check box on the Pending Service Specs screen, the Associated Job field will automatically be marked as an Upsell when the Pending Item is Approved. New options for defining the preferred contact methods in Service Portal 2.0*
Customers can use new buttons to select their preferred contact method for appointment confirmation messages. To select the contact method to use for the appointment confirmation message, customers can simply click the corresponding button, such as the Text button or the Email button.
Automatically track customer interactions in Service Portal 2.0*
When the Service Portal 2.0 web site is configured for with Google® Tag Manager, new predefined events are used to automatically track session data. These events meet standards required by the Automotive Standards Council (ASC). This data can then be reviewed using your Google Analytics account. Review videos of vehicles using new options in Image Viewer*
New options are available when viewing videos of vehicles on the Image Viewer window, such as copying links to videos, downloading the videos, or increasing the playback speed.
Include miscellaneous codes on VSP operations*
Miscellaneous codes, such as shop fees, can now be added to BMW SPARC VSP operations to help you provide a more comprehensive quote to customers. Using the new Apply to Value Service Section field on the SPG Misc/Hazd Code Setup (3767) screen in the Service Invoicing application, you can determine whether a miscellaneous code is automatically added to VSP operations.
Copy VINs in Service Touch using new button*
VINs can now be copied using the new Copy VIN icon that displays on the Vehicle Information window and in the header bar throughout the Service Touch application.
Parts
Indicate part availability for pending service Items*
The dates when parts for pending service items are expected to arrive can now be entered directly on the Counter Sales – Pending Services Parts screen. Using the new Part Availability field, you can select the dates when parts should arrive at the dealership. Personnel in the service department can then review this information in the Service application, helping to improve communication between the departments. Roll parts from an invoice to an appointment or repair order
Parts can now be rolled to an appointment or repair order directly from an invoice. This is useful for situations where customers decide to have the service department install the ordered parts. Using the updated Roll Price Quote/Invoice option on the Counter Sales screen, previously named the Roll Price Quote option, you can now simultaneously void an invoice and roll the parts to an appointment or repair order. Search for vendors using a partial name
You can now search for a vendor by name directly from the Add Record screen or the Search/Change screen. To search for a vendor, simply enter the partial name of the vendor in the Vendor # field on the Part Orders tab and press the ENTER key.
